About me
As an economic adviser working since 1997. I am a graduate of the Faculty of Management at Gdansk University (majoring in Finance and Banking. Master's degree in Economics from 1998).
The origins of my professional activities were related to DORADCA Consultants Ltd., for which I worked for 9 years in financial advisory team.
In 2007 started my own business under the name WK Consulting. The main fields of my services are consulting and training in business finance.
Especially I specialize in estimating the value of companies and their specific assets such as brand, know-how, trademark, goodwill. The search for factors that build company's investment attractiveness is the most interesting and most challenging part of my job.
In addition, I keep in constant contact with the proven experts in law, accounting, strategy and marketing, which allows the realization of more complex, multi-disciplinary consulting orders. It also makes possible the provision of services like interim management.

• >80 business valuations among other things for investment needs and change of ownership
• Raised > 8 million zl. for my clients
• Represented a client-vendor company transaction with a sales price 12 x EBITDA).
• Developed procedures for assessing the merits of investing in seed rounds for start-up business ideas.

I’ve conducted over 450 training days. Recognized as a leading lecturer among other MBA studies carried out by the Polish Academy of Sciences, the School of Economics, Gdansk University of Technology, the Higher School of Banking in Poznan, School of Banking in Wroclaw, School of Banking in Gdansk and large polish companies.
