About me
My entire professional life has been connected with startups. I founded my first company – a personnel consultancy agency – as early as during the second year of my studies. I graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (pol. SGH) – the best economic school in Poland.

Over the past 7 years I was developing Academic Business Incubators (pol. AIP) at Warsaw School of Economics and Warsaw University of Technology.

One of my latest projects is Startup Academy – the most intensive training program which prepares for conducting one’s own business activity.

In the course of my cooperation with AIP I have consulted business models of almost 1000 startups. As the co-founder of Startup Academy I propagate startup ideas in education and try to prove on a daily basis that most of the barriers which prevent us from founding a company are only seeming limitations.

I have executed a number of projects supporting entrepreneurs, inter alia, mentoring and consultancy projects. I have also conducted hundreds of trainings concerned with building business models, effective presentation of one’s ideas in front of the investors, registration of activity, tax optimization and productive activity.

co-founder, Startup Academy (www.startupacademy.pl) 01/2014 - current
The most intensive program for those who just begin their business adventure.

Startups have a drive to change the world. How do entrepreneurs start their business successfully and more cost-effectively? This 2-day training program brings structured tools and techniques to participants and helps to create innovative products. No boring lectures, but hands-on workshops based on many exercises.

Participants are inspired by lots of examples and walk away with creative mindsets that boosts their performance in business. In addition, they learn tools that help them to generate innovative business models and validate business ideas. The goal is that all participants are more effective in their projects, once they learn how to implement practical business model tools.
managing partner, Academic Business Incubators (pol. AIP) 01/2014 - 01/2014
AIP allows testing business ideas in the market without the need to register your own business entity. AIP is also the only ecosystem in Poland which obtains seed funding for start-ups' development in the simplest model of investment. The largest european network of 50 incubators has helped developing more than 7,000 start-ups since 2004 and currently supports more than 1,500 new ones.
