Account Manager, AIESEC 03/2014 - 10/2014
As an account manager I could work in a much more wider environment in my Organization.

My occupation involved continuous cooperation with team managers and executive board so as to ensure coherence in the course of our Organization.

In order to achieve I was obliged to:
- monitor and oversee the sellling figures of particular projects;
- take care of sales knowledge of team members through internal or external workshops;
- collect funds for realization of certain acts/projects;
- sign cooperation agreements with other organizations;
- make market research of events to the members of Organization.
Intern at Internat Audit and Managerial Control Division, Ministerstwo Finansów 08/2014 - 09/2014
Working in the Management Standards Department I was able to be a part of the team accountable for implementing the tools and methods for managerial control and internal audit in the public entities.

Doing so I was supposed to perform such activities:
- delivering guidelines in the range of risk management to all public entities;
- coordination and evaluating results from the commissioned internal audit;
- analyzing the performance of internal audit in the public sector;
- organizing the internal auditors' meetings.
Vice-project-manager of NGO project, AIESEC 10/2013 - 03/2014
Being a member and subsequently a co-ordinator I could manage the members in the team.

Our core strategic goals were popularizing and providing foreign volunteers in the NGO sector in dolnoslaskie area.

So as to get it done I had been doing the activities as follows:
- conducting sales meetings with NGO entities;
- leading volunteer interviews;
- servicing volunteers at any point of project operation;
- making our projects recognizable through various marketing tools such as ads, word of mouth or networking.
Financial assistant, AIESEC 09/2013 - 03/2014
Working in the working group I gained significant knowledge in the field of finance.

The objective was to ensure the Organization to run smooth and efficiently. Hence, I did the following tasks:
- budgeting and evaluation the budget realization;
- quatation the assets belonging to the Organization;
- making inventory;
- completing the register of cash flows;
- drawing up reports or assessments from the financial management.
International relations assistant, Moje Audio 09/2011 - 09/2013
In Moje Audio company I was mostly engaged in international affairs, although, at the domestic level I did as well.

The main activities were:
- negotiating international agreements;
- dealings with foreign manufacturers;
- servicing international partners;
- logistics regarding Audio Show and other local events.
Co-founder, Dziraffe Clothing 02/2011 - 06/2012
Being one of the co-owners of Dziraffe Clothing. The main post of mine was to be a sales manager among key areas such as:
- positioning the brand within the target customers;
- creating the image of the company;
- developing distribution channels;
- CRM;
- managing sales figures.
