- tax/legal advisory for international companies
- drafting transfer pricing documentations and benchmarking
- writing tax/legal opinions concerning various taxes
- preparation of companies' internal documentation (e.g. employment agreements, board's resolutions) and employees' financial statements
- preparation and participation in internal trainings
- audits
- registration of companies for VAT purposes in Poland
Work is perfomed both in Polish and English.
