About me
Polish translator and interpreter. I mainly work with English to Polish language combination, however, I also translate some texts from Spanish, French, Russian and Italian. I will willingly take part in different projects which ensure development and mutual satisfaction.

I am currently studying legal translations and this is the field I am most interested in professionally. Nonetheless, I am also ready translate in the field of business and culture, especially in the fine art of cinema.

This internship at this leading translation services provider helped me to understand the specificity of work at a large translation agency. My assignments included:
+ Translation of different texts from a diversified field of expertise;
+ Conversion of files being prepared for translation process;
+ Working on terminology and lexicography;
+ Alignment;

Within this internship I was also able to get to know well a CAT, Atril's Deja Vu. Having completed the Deja Vu Basic Course (DVBC) I obtained a certificate issued by mLingua.
Intern, Infobrokering 12/2011 - 01/2012
Since translators and interpreters should know how to find information for their clients, I decided to give a shot to an online internship at InfoBrokering. My duties included:
+ Searching and gaining contacts on local and international markets;
+ Creating company databases from different branches of trade and with a specific profile;
+ Database verification and update;
+ Using practical tools while searching for data and creating databases;
+ Market analysis as far as it size and contact possibilities are concerned.
Interpreter, International Cat Shows (FIFe) 01/2005 - 12/2009
Tłumaczenia ustne podczas międzynarodowych wystaw kotów rasowych, głównie z języka angielskiego i na język angielski. Obejmowało ono tłumaczenie dla publiczności, a także właścicieli kotów, którzy prezentowali swoje koty sędziom międzynarodowym FIFe.

Interpreting during international cat shows, mainly from and to English. It included interpreting for audience, as well as for owners of cats who presented them to international FIFe judges.
