• Partner in CEE capital markets transactions (IPOs, SPOs and debt offerings). Provide independent valuations and valuation opinions of identified assets (including intangible assets), cash generating units, and investment products for audit engagements. Assist clients in determining IPO readiness and develop strategies to remediate gaps identified during assessments.
• Managed key aspects of IPO, SPO, and debt issue projects for both domestic and CEE-based companies, including coordinating document gathering, supporting drafting sessions, verifying prospectus, and validating financial data.
• Partnered in completing several IPO readiness projects. Bolster valuation by assessing corporate governance and collaborating with clients and internal specialists to develop an “IPO readiness / diagnostic” report.
• Developed valuation practice for impairment testing in Assurance Department. Serve as an SME to the Audit team and first point of contact for all PwC offices across the country in the high risk area of assets impairment testing.
• Structure and facilitate PwC Academy workshops on valuation (for the purpose of impairment testing). Leveraged client connections to secure new projects and make a positive revenue contribution to the Capital Markets Group.
